Full-Time Maintenance Person – Pittwater RSL

Permanent Position | 38 Hours per Week | Flexible Days

Pittwater RSL is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team in a full-time permanent role.

This position offers flexibility and would ideally suit a mature individual or retiree looking to stay active in a hands-on role.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys being part of a friendly team.

Please note: this is not a contractor position — we're hiring an in-house team member.

About the Role:

• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

• Hours: 38 hours per week

• Days: Flexible (some weekend work may be required depending on trade/club demands)

• Location: Pittwater RSL, Northern Beaches

• Remuneration: Negotiable and flexible, based on experience
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• General maintenance and repairs throughout the club

• Basic carpentry, painting, minor plumbing and electrical work

• Responding to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently

• Ensuring the venue is safe, presentable, and well-maintained

• Coordinating with external trades where necessary

Ideal Candidate:

• Practical, hands-on experience in a maintenance or trade-related role

• Honest, dependable, and proactive

• Works well independently and takes initiative

• Flexible with hours and available for occasional weekend work

• Has a mature and responsible attitude
