This role is ideally suited to a dynamic individual with exceptional knowledge of the Club’s operations and the ability to lead and drive individuals and customer service. The position requires the successful applicant to always act as a role model and present as an ambassador for the Club. As a Supervisor at Pittwater RSL, you'll be a key player in delivering outstanding service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our food & beverage, gaming, and frontline service areas. We're Looking For Someone Who: - Has previous experience in hospitality (bar, bistro, gaming, or café)
- Is passionate about customer service and teamwork
- Wants to grow into a leadership role
- Is reliable, proactive, and approachable
- Holds RSA and RCG certifications
What You’ll Do: - Support the Duty Manager in leading shifts and supervising staff
- Ensure high standards of service and cleanliness
- Handle customer queries and resolve minor issues with confidence
- Mentor junior staff and promote a positive workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with Club policies and regulatory requirements
- Ensure that all staff within the delegation group have a clear understanding of your expectations and are trained to work in the areas they are rostered
- Maintain a presence on the floor, ensure staff are ready for “show time”, conducting regular walk throughs ensuring staff behaviour is aligned with the Clubs values
- Assisting during service times, supporting, and directing staff where necessary
- Monitor operations, ensure staff are adhering to Club procedures and legislative requirements
- Working with the general team you will lead, provide direction to ensure customer service levels and cleanliness are maintained
- Provide staff with support and direction to ensure high levels of customer service and cleanliness are always maintained
- Maintain procedures for members and visitors inappropriate conduct within the Club, keeping senior management informed of significant issues, preparation of shift/incident reports and recommendations as deemed appropriate
