Seeking a Casual Gaming Attendant for flexible hours in a vibrant environment.

Position: Experienced Casual Gaming Attendant
Hours: 20-30 hours a week with day, night, weekend, and public holiday shifts.

Join our dynamic team in providing exceptional customer service in our gaming area. As a Casual Gaming Attendant, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation of our gaming facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and efficient service to all patrons.
• Assist in the operation of gaming machines.
• Ensure the gaming area is clean and welcoming at all times.
• Adhere to all relevant regulation and compliance standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role desirable.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Knowledge of gaming operations and regulations preferred.
• NSW RSA, RCG and Advanced RCG Competency Cards are desirable.

Venue Operating Hours:
Open daily from 10:00am to 3:00am, with day shifts commencing as early as 6:00am and evening shifts from 4:00pm.
