We’re looking for a passionate Team Leader to join our Beverage, Gaming & Guest Services team. As a key member of our leadership group, you’ll set the standard for service excellence and lead by example, ensuring our members and guests enjoy memorable experiences every time they visit.

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you’ll:

• Lead and support frontline staff across beverage, gaming and guest services operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.
• Monitor RSA and RCG compliance and support team training.
• Manage staffing levels, rosters, and shift coverage.
• Oversee stock control, POS accuracy, and daily reporting.
• Ensure all facilities and equipment are operational and maintained.
• Uphold WH&S standards and Club policies.
• Step in for Supervisor shifts when required.

What You’ll Bring

Essential Qualifications:

• RSA & RCG
• Advanced RCG
• First Aid & CPR
• AML/CTF Compliance Certificate

Preferred Skills:

• Strong leadership and delegation abilities
• High-level communication and interpersonal skills
• Cash handling and POS troubleshooting
• Time management and training delivery

Additional Requirements:

• Availability for shift work, including weekends and evenings
